Cheyenne Frontier Days Old West Museum Tours and Activities

My stay was peaceful! But more importantly housekeeping and management worked together to keep my pretty pricing near and dear to me hat not just till I got back but several days later bc I was in another state . 10 stars based on that alone

Disappointing stay - there are no ice machines, they expect you to use the ice maker in the freezer in the room. It was turned off and after turning it on we got 20 ice cubes overnight. Didn't help cool drinks the night we checked in. Also it was surprisingly noisy for being in a less busy part of the city. Would have liked a little more from staff when we expressed our concerns. It was too late to fix the issues, but they could have offered a partial refund. Unlikely to give this brand another chance.

Breakfast was disgusting (eggs were green several days in a row. No milk for cereal) Bathtub had rust in bottom. Trash near side entrance overflowing and not dumped in the 3 days we were there
