« Lovely hotel in a lovely city. »

« Our stay was perfect. We were away for a romantic trip and the cottage was perfect for that. The cottage was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need for a romantic few days away, including two big bath towels each, never mind all the other little touches and the excellent welcome basket. We would highly recommend it to anyone and would love to come back someday. »

« Check in was easy on the app but we did struggle to get the key to work at first, when we arrived. A very friendly member of staff helped us out. The room was very comfortable, as was the bed. The shower was excellent. The extractor fan in the bathroom made a weird noise like a car alarm which went on for ages after you switched the light off, but it did stop eventually. One thing to note, as you have a virtual key on your phone you don't have a key card to put in the box to switch on the...

« One night stay following a day at Chester Zoo. Relaxing to have a swim/sauna after walking round for several hours. Good bar food -enjoyed my steak ciabatta which arrived speedily despite a school prom being held in another room at the time, staff remained pleasant and efficient throughout. « Fantastic location and easy to find. Great service that allowed late check in via key lock. Comfortable room with lots of electricity plug in points for charging phones, computers etc which is a pleasing change. Lovely large shower with powerful rain hail. « Lovely and clean , easy to find , car parking was easy enough after Hayley showed us the way around the back, room was so comfy, we had a separate bathroom , so husband got confused and got a little lost, but easy sorted. Breakfast you were spoilt for choice absolutely amazing. Thank you Hayley for sorting the single to a double bedroom without hassle . Definitely would recommend. »
