I recently stayed at this hotel and would rate it 4 stars overall. However, my experience with the staff was less than satisfactory. Upon arrival, I had to gain someone's attention to check in, despite three staff members standing around. The next morning, housekeeping did not show up. When I went to the front desk, no one greeted me, but I informed a young man that I would like the room cleaned. He wrote down my room number, but when I returned four hours later, the room had not been cleaned. I attempted to call the front desk, but there was no answer. I went back downstairs and saw the same gentleman, informing him that the room wasn't clean. At this point, I just requested fresh towels.
On a positive note, the restaurant Mahi's was excellent and contributed significantly to my overall positive experience at the hotel.

Since Sanderling has now entertained the resort as pet friendly there has been several stains on there rugs. The was Never the case before. Rugs need to be removed and replaced with flooring. This Resort should not be lowering standards for their customers
