We had a beautiful family vacation at The Sebali Resort. Before our arrival, the management notified about possible noise from a nearby construction. Luckily they did whatever they could to remedy the situation by allocating a separate room away from the construction site during our stay and making a discount for compensation. The staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfasts and dinners were good. Free area tour was a nice perk. We strongly suggest to get a massage at the spa. It was very relaxing and professional.

We had a memorable and enjoyable stay at Bambi Indah. The grounds are well designed and beautiful. The wellness amenities were perfect for our family. We will definitely include it in any future Bali trips.

I can only echo what so many others have said—I had a fantastic stay at Arkamara Dijiwa Ubud as a solo traveler. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel incredibly welcome and well looked after. The property is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and the perfect place to relax while still being a short trip from central Ubud. My room was comfortable, spotless, and had everything I needed for a restful stay. What really stood out was the genuine warmth and kindness of the staff. They made traveling alone feel effortless and helped make my time in Ubud even more special. The only negative in my opinion was the food. I had breakfast every day and one dinner at the restaurant, and nothing was wrong with it. However, nothing particularly stood out; it was just average. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone, especially solo travelers looking for a tranquil and welcoming retreat.

Sanctoo villas is beautiful accommodation and the people there are wonderful. We stayed for three nights in total and stayed in the “llama room”. I’m not sure what classification of room this is as it’s not actually what we booked. Word of caution. We booked a family suite and included the ages of the children in the booking (6 and 9) and were charged as such. When we arrived the suite has one bed and we were expected to sleep in one bed with the four of us. There was a sofa they offered to put a sheet onto at an extra charge but this wasn’t suitable. We paid to upgrade our room in the end but this would have been a real problem if that wasn’t available. Other than that, the zoo is great, the pool is lovely and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. The lemur apartments were a real treat. They are in the zoo so you are right in with exotic birds, lemurs and a wallaby. A real treat (be prepared for an 0600 wake up call though from the animals. This room specifically) The chef is awesome. The food was beautiful. Everything we ate was of high quality and there are a good few children’s options. The serving and reception staff are a credit to the hotel and our girls loved talking with them. It’s billed as a 5 star hotel and there are some minor bits that stop that. Can’t charge to room, they do a 3for2 beer offer, we ordered two but didn’t see the offer and they didn’t make us aware charging for 2 with no third. In room drinks average etc.

One of the very best places to relax as a couple. My wife and I stayed four nights at the start of our honeymoon. We checked in after flying and started with their Asmara Jaya spa treatment, which was the very best spa experience we’ve had anywhere. A body scrub, full body massage and a bath, full of flowers and petals in the spa, with a bottle of wine was great value and the perfect way to begin our stay. We were in one of three jungle view villas with a pool and it really was the most beautiful room and outside space. I can’t imagine a better setting. All the staff were really keen to help and the hotel put on some nice daily activities, entertainment and complimentary sundown cocktails. The main pool area was stunning and the best we’ve experienced anywhere. The food was excellent, with a massive variety of choice and the breakfasts were some of the best we’ve had. You can choose more than one cooked offer as well as from a fresh buffet. The coffee is also some of the had. The only possible criticism would be that some of the staff could have done with better training. One struggled to open a bottle of wine or champagne and we sometimes needed to top up our own glasses. They are lovely and their will is there though, so I’m nitpicking as it didn’t put a dampener on our stay. Location is not that central to Ubud, but they offer a free daily shuttle should you want to visit and the setting is amazing with all the amenities you might need for a relaxing stay,
