Good but lacks smart tv or cable , looks old but is clean , rooms are noisy and there is no microwave , it close to many good spots in the city

The hotel is in a converted old classic building, so it is no surprise that sound insulation is no great. I could hear the unfiltered poppy barking from the neighboring building. The hotel door was managed by an old gentleman, he could a bit more friendlier or welcoming. There was pouring rain while I was departing the hotel, he didn’t even offer to use an umbrella to shelter the rain while I was walking out to the Uber in the front.

Excellent hotel in a safe and quiet neighborhood

Stayed on the second floor, was a bit noisy upstairs. Apartment itself a bit run down. Overall clean and good for the price. Did feel safe and security at door at all times.

We stayed at a gorgeous hotel in Polanco and were honestly blown away. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home—warm, professional, and always ready with a smile or a great recommendation. Our room was a dream—quiet, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. And the location couldn’t be better. We were just minutes away from all the good stuff in Polanco: the best restaurants, parks, cafes, and shopping. We’ll absolutely be coming back.
