The staff are great, helpful and friendly: A+. The motel's condition was clean but old: B+. The breakfast was mediocre-- acceptable, but not something to get up for in the morning: C. The coffee and tea were subpar, as were the eggs: D. But the waffles and toppings were great: A. And there was fresh fruit and the standard toast, yogurt, oatmeal, boxed cereals and pastries, not great, but acceptable: B.
