"We had a great time at Chris's place. The home was neat as a pin and the beds were very comfortable. There were tons of nice towels. ( but no beach towels... so bring those) There was a very slight musty odor that dissipated after a bit. Pool was warm (heated nicely) and there were plenty of lounge chairs to be used.
