"The property was very clean and big enough for the 2 of us. Contacting anyone for any questions or issues was simple and efficient. Close to the beech and easy walking distance to the stores and restaurants. Couple complaints is that the room has extremely thin walls and can hear everything especially if you have a neighbor next to you. If youre looking for a few downtime hours of quietness this is not the place for you. You hear everyones conversations as they walk by on the street etc.... TV...

"Conveniently located close to beach and village. However the area did get busy with public beach access nearby. Cute pool with outdoor shower but was also used by local kids. Unfortunately pest control treatment was scheduled during our stay and the guests upstairs had a domestic incident. But don’t let any of this deter you from booking. That was just our experience. The unit was perfect for a long weekend stay. Cleaning and maintenance people were very helpful and pleasant"

"Perfect location, if you don’t like a really super soft, bed, this may not work, it was fine for us. The apartment comes with beach chairs umbrella and towels. It’s pretty much what you would expect for an in town location that is walkable to Siesta Beach."

"This was exactly as described in the listing. Perfect location to get away from busy downtown and have your own peace and quiet. Balcony and patio were perfect and views of sunrise and moon on water were beautiful. Only downfall is right nextdoor to restaurant with evening service only. People on their patio until 1030pm and could hear their conversations. Plus smell of food. But this wouldn't stop us from staying there again. "The house was the perfect location to both the village and the beach! We really enjoyed being able to walk to everything, especially having the grocery and liquor stores right at the end of our street! We only had four adults in the house and had plenty of space and enjoyed the comfortable beds and sitting on the front deck with morning coffee and evening drinks. Having the pool was a nice bonus which we enjoyed a couple afternoons. Our host responded immediately when I had questions and was...
