Good service Good breakfast

We stayed 2 nights in a family suite for a family of four. Amazing property with very attentive staff. The rooms are modern, spacious, with turnover service and automatic blinds in each room. The breakfast was great, as well as the lobby bar. There’s also a rooftop bar and a Michelin restaurant in the building (separate entrance) that were also amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

I found a cockroach and another dead one. I message the host and received no response. There were also no coffee pods for the coffee machine but there was creamer. The pool was dirty when we arrived and had some sort of paper clogging the drain system. There were no towels for the kitchen. We ran out of toilet paper for one of the bathrooms. The door lock was difficult to operate.

Good hotel with good facilities. Lovely gentle 20 min walk in to Cascais, particularly if you take the coastal road and walk around the marina.

The staff at this Hotel are very attentive to their guests. They brought us little gifts to our room for us to enjoy with special little notes. We felt spoiled. They were also very helpful in helping us with tourist info and getting taxis and transfers. The food in the restaurant was very good!! Very fun and nicely decorated rooms and lobby!! It made our trip extra special when a hotel goes so far to make their guests feel special! It was very clean!!
