« DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! The pool was empty “for maintenance”. I was looking for ice and nobody was at the front desk so I had to find a cleaning lady and ask where the ice machine was. The reason I couldn’t find it is because there wasn’t one! It was “on order“. The remote control batteries were dead. While the room had been updated with plank flooring, the bathroom stunk. « This was the best stay I’ve ever had. The room was spacious with a sectional couch, we had a standard king room. The pool, hot tub and sauna were all wonderful. The property sits on a lake which was very nice. The next morning breakfast was a pleasant surprise with eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy and even a make your own pancake station. Check in was a breeze with the staff being very kind. I would go back to this hotel just for a relaxing night away from home. »
