Great pool. Great staff

Room was clean and great location beside the beach. Room had kitchette and big fridge, microwave etc. so was great. It was dated and internet didn't work in our room but worked well in the lobby. Great value for money :) happy with it.

Long walk from parking garage to check in, then had to back track to get to elevators for masquerade tower. Looks like their once was a check in area for this specific tower but it has been closed. Rooms were very old and in dire need of updates. Came back to room one day after being gone for 8 hours to zero water. Couldn't even use toilets. Tried to contact front desk by calling, was on hold for a long time so tried the "Rita rio" text help and it was a failure. Had to walk the long walk to desk, wait in a long line, only to be told that they had to do repairs and shut water down, and that it would be on in a little bit. No apology. They should have sent a message to all guests as a courtesy. Even check out was a failure. Tried to do the tv check out only for that to not work. No coffee in room, and to get a morning cup, onve again had to walk very far. Only nice thing about this hotel was that it was quiet and had free parking. Will not stay here again.
