« As shown in the office email, there is no problem if you can receive the key and return the reply. But when I asked a question about the parking lot to stay with a friend, I didn't get a reply right away. There was no problem except that there was no reply to the email question. »

« The property was as advertised, smooth arrival process and perfect for our group. Kitchen well equipped, beds comfortable, rooms and linens clean. The week we visited was very hot and the house did heat up due to all the windows. We loved hearing the seagulls and being so close to the beach, and the house was perfect for our needs. A barbecue and wall mounted air conditioning unit on the master level would make this truly 5* for a summer stay. Would stay here again. »

« Good location for the beach which was our main priority as one family member pregnant. The house was large and spacious with a lovely garden. Parking can be tight but just had to be careful. The single bed room smelt a little damp and overall the bedding was not as soft or quiet as would have liked. If you are going to be cooking note that there is no extractor fan in the kitchen. The management company were great as allowed us to check in earlier as was not occupied great customer service....

« Spectacular apartment in a superb location. On the coastal road, cliff top. Beach below just across the road. 2 minute walk to a super pub/restaurant - The Spyglass & Kettle. Apartment was clean. There are a couple of things that need attention, water pressure is quite bad and although the bathroom is spectacular, it would take hours to fill the bath and the shower heads need replacing. I did bring this up with the provider so we shall see if they follow my advice! Communication could be better...
