Our power went off and the air conditioning didn’t work very well. We requested a refrigerator because I had medicine that requires refrigeration. It took them two days. I had to keep it on ice in the meantime. The receptionist that checked us in was very rude, I didn’t appreciate that. I am on vacation. ...
