First off, the staff was super friendly and helpful, but the room missed its mark. The set up was awkward and a little run down. It could use a facelift. When the room was made up each day there was always something missing. It was either the small towels one day, or clean glasses the next, or the shower caps, you get what I mean, requiring a phone call to the desk every afternoon.
It touted a heated pool/spa, which was barely staffed, the water was not very warm, the steam room was out of order, it was not worth our time. We were disappointed.

Epic views, friendly staff. All the different saunas were nice and the indoor pool was 90f which was wonderful. I had panorama view room on the 8th floor facing the mountain range, it was such a great view we didn't want to leave the room and got room service.
