The woman at the front desk was so kind explaining everything to me, check in was super easy, breakfast was great, and my room was SO stylish. This was probably the cutest hotel room I’ve stayed in while traveling Europe. It’s extremely close to Liseberg amusement park and Scandinavium. The tram is very close too!

Brilliant hotel, super helpful and friendly staff. Food was amazing. The only fault and seriously this is the most minor thing was the vents in the bath room need a good dust.
Would recommend anyone to stay here.

I had a wonderful overnight stay at this hotel. The cleanliness really stood out—everything from the room to the common areas was spotless and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service. Superb location. Peace and privacy that was enhanced by the sensitivity and support of Jerry and his wife. The kitchen, toilets and washroom were very well provisioned and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed the sauna. Only complaint was a lack of fish caught!
