I was very disappointed with this 4 star hotel.
The smell was very musty,
Paint was chipped and stains on ceiling,
Chipped tile in the pool and i cut open my toe open, when i told the staff at reception all they said was 'where in the pool, thanks'.
The restaurant, 2 burgers, 1 pizza and 1 kids meal took just over 40 minutes.
At breakfast the beans were cold, eggs really overcooked, mushrooms almost raw etc.
3 towels in a room for 4 people.
At check in there was a trainee who couldnt check us in. Had to wait for someone else.
Were sent to the wrong floor for our room.
At 10:30 on the morning of check out, staff member tried to enter as she though we had checked out. Check out was 12.
All small things but everything added up to make this hotel a place i would never visit again and never recommend to anyone.

Lovely stay for 2 nights.....food was good for evening meal....bar staff beyond call of duty
Breakfast for 1 on one morning absolutely random....hadn't booked but had been told just arrive wont be an issue....inexperienced staff very obvious what do you want me to take for Irish/Continental before I could glance at what was available....no trays...no brown bread kitchen out of.( even thought this was 9.15 out of a 10.00 closure) very little choice....nobody experienced or able to control.

"We checked out from a 3 day booking after 1 night. Very noisy toilets seat dangerous fitted but sort of all stuck in our room when the door handle came off locking us in 1 floor up no exit in an emergency. Staff couldn’t care less so we left and booked somewhere safe. Hotel haven’t refunded us and ..."
