(286 reviews) The stay was great at the Mercure Belfort. Just a one night stopover but it was very good. Staff were very helpful and the room was lovely. Ate in the bar/restaurant connected to the hotel, this was all deck out for Halloween and was quite buzzing busy. Never the less we got a table and the food was good. We also charged the car overnight and the charger was good, perfect for overnight charge. Would definitely stay again. (201 reviews) The apartment was spacious and clean, and the building overall felt well kept. The free shuttle was a real lifesaver, since you really can’t get around here without a car (no Uber in the area). Some things weren’t so great though. The shower head holes were too small, so the water hit like bullets on your skin. The curtain kept coming loose, the sink cover was broken, lighting was poor, the stove was very slow, and there weren’t enough toilets/bathroom facilities. No cleaning service during the stay either. Even with those issues, the room size, cleanliness, and shuttle service made a big difference. For that reason, I’d still give it 4 out of 5 stars.
