The area around the hotel seemed a bit gritty. The bathroom could be cleaner, especially the shower, and the mattress/pillow a little worn out. Service and staff were great. Walkable to main areas of the city about 15 mins.

He was a tremendous resource when I had questions about planned activities, how to get around the city and how to best get back to the airport. Room was nice and clean and the shower products were delightful. Paulo was instrumental in resolving the issue with our air conditioning unit. He was able to solve the problem quickly and easily with no disruption to our holiday. We really appreciated him!
