Lovely staff and a great location but our shower was old and leaked every time it was used. Had workmen in our room two mornings trying to fix, while we were trying to sleep. Not great but at least they were making an effort

We’re suppose to check in @ 2 pm but because we arrived early the staff who helped us let us checked in early, that was really amazing. We’re so grateful for that. The room was clean, the AC was quiete. We had a good slept. We didn’t have breakfast , we left early to go in Paris.

Clean room. Basic breakfast (European style - croissants, bread, cold cut meats, hard boiled eggs, etc. Staff is super helpful and friendly. I’d add that I wish the rooms had more conventional shampoo, conditioner, soap as an offering. Some of the rooms didn’t prevent noise, hearing footsteps above, etc. Spa area was nice and well kept and a fun experience. We had a view of the river which was a highlight for sure. Overall it’s a convenient location for exploring all Lourdes have to offer at an affordable price.
