What we liked the most was the hotel's excellent restaurant which has a very good menu. We also like the there are tourist attractions like the Witches' Market nearby. What we liked least was that the heating system wasn't adequate for our room. We were always very cold even though the heating was on. We had a lot of trouble sleeping peacefully.

Lovely hotel. Nice staff. Bed comfy. They allowed us check in early. Food was good. Could do with a bigger more noticeable sign post on the hotel for easy find.

Hotel is beautifully set few steps to dining,shopping,church,main avenue. Staff to include Ayerton,Carmen and Andrea are very helpful and excellent with their job. The staff at restaurant are excellent and serves good breakast daily. The housekeeping staff keeps the room clean. Our room was upgraded with a terrace and beds are very comfortable. Rooftop area to view the city day or night is a bonus.Thank you Madero Hotel and Suites!!
