Quiet, ample breakfast, very good sevice in the dining hall.

Its very peacefull and quite and clean. Its self catering and shops are bit far so best take extra food and grocery. We stayed in bunglow and they got nice clean kitchen with all the cooking facilities. Rooms are nice but mattress are bit old.View from bunglows are lovely,I ll try to share image. Staff are friendly. All in all 5 stars. Price reflects.

Fabulous for a brief overnight stay to break our long journey from the South West to the North East. The facilities looked fantastic but sadly didn’t get chance to make full use of these as it was a flying visit for us. Will definitely stay again and hopefully get chance to enjoy the dining and spa experience next time. Good convenient access from M42, the grounds around the hotel were very pretty, the room was spacious and comfortable. Easy parking, pleasant, helpful staff. Everything was perfect for me, the only negative was that my daughter and her toddler prefer a bath, so they were disappointed that it was only a shower.

A lovely property, nice breakfast, and the leisure facilities were very good. Some things to keep on top of - the air conditioning unit and fan in the room we stayed in weren't working or weren't clear how to use. A small downside on an otherwise lovely stay.

From the moment we stepped in to the gorgeous hotel building, we were greeted by incredibly warm and friendly staff. The hotel lobby is beautiful, and perfectly suits the "Grand" part to their name, and when we saw our room, it was spacious, clean, really love and comfortable, and the bed was so soft and it was incredibly easy to just drop off on both nights of our stay. The Madeleine bar was exquisite and classy, but we couldn't help but be blown away by the classic style to Isaac's. Staff once again were amazing in both of these, and the cocktails/mocktails were fantastic too. The fact that Isaac's has a jazz bar vibe on some nights is such a great touch too, and their breakfasts are brilliant. My only issue was that this is on the pricier side, however for what we paid, we most certainly got everything we had hoped for, and then some. It'll be impossible to stay anywhere else next time we are in Birmingham, that's for sure! Absolutely loved it here!
