"From start to finish this was a wonderful stay. Although the accommodations are a bit outdated, they are clean and convenient. The staff is amazing. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport is a little under 10 minutes. Requesting a shuttle is very easy and the service is great. The breakfast is nice in that it stays open for multiple hours and offers a wide variety of food items. Should I have the opportunity to return to Fairbanks I would book here again. Thank you for an enjoyable stay."

"The exterior walls and hallway carpet were a bit scruffy, but the rooms were very clean with nice comfy pillows and king bed. There is a convenient laundry room on premises, gym and business area with microwaves. Alaska in general has a shortage of workers, so no one was available to clean our room when we requested it but I got by with new fresh towels and requesting more soap and TP. Overall I would still stay here again as it is centrally located and was a good value for the price. "

"We had a great stay at Hyatt Place. The rooms were clean and very spacious, which made our stay really comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and they made us feel well taken care of the whole time. The location was also very convenient, especially for tour pickups, which made getting around really easy. Breakfast was simple but good, with enough options to start the day. One thing we really appreciated was their help with our early flight. They didn’t have an airport shuttle available at 4 AM, so the hotel arranged and paid for a Lyft to make sure we got to the airport on time. That extra effort really stood out to us. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely come back."
