Then once we did get inside, there was no water available. Most likely it was frozen. But we had to haul water from another location in order to even be able to flush the toilet during our stay. The 24/7 airport shuttle was incredibly convenient, and having a restaurant next door plus nearby attractions like Pike’s Reindeer Park made our stay even better. What stood out most was the warmth of the people. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We especially appreciated their honest recommendations as first-time visitors. One highlight was their Northern Lights call service. A special shoutout to Kay from the front desk—she called us, walked us to the riverside, and helped us witness the beautiful Aurora Borealis. Other than that the breakfast was really good, the shower was hot with wonderful pressure. The shuttle was quick and nice people. Probably won’t book them again though.
