« We had a wonderful stay. The Condo was newly renovated and fit our needs perfectly. The grounds were extremely well kept and the full-time residents were welcoming and pleasant. We would have enjoyed the ability to rent a kayak or paddleboard on site, but am told there was a rental company on the lake. We were able to enjoy the lake and my son really enjoyed fishing off the dock. »

« Very cute, clean and spacious rooms in the schoolhouse. The beds was comfortable also nice having washer and dryer in the hall. Definitely a hidden gem with lots to do just a few miles away. »

« Great location! Right next to Petoskey State Park and close to Harbor Springs. The only suggestion is to provide a water pitcher with a filter. »

« Brought my family for a stay up north to this lovely centrally located, well appointed condo. We had plenty of beds for the whole gang, 3 couples and 3 grandchildren. Comfortable beds, couches, dining area…..even games for the kiddos to play on the rainy day. Close drive to Petoskey, Charlevoix and Boyne City. Love the music in Boyne City on Fridays and loved the food at the Landing ( though we did have to wait an hour for a table) Great place…thank you Hostess Mary! »

« We were in town to attend a wedding at the Bay Harbor Marina. The location of the property was great. Close to downtown Petosky, the marina, parks, distillery, and walking/biking trails. The unit is a townhouse with plenty of room. It is clean and well appointed. The best part is each room has it own bathroom and there is a darling little porch out back to relax on. We would definitely stay again. »
