"We ordered a “double or twin room” an hour or so before arriving in evening but they said we can’t have a twin room because cleaner isn’t there in evening to convert it. I was with my 14 year old and had to put my foot down and insist on them giving me 4 sheets to convert bed myself. What they should do is for same day bookings from afternoon onwards advertise only double rooms. Very poor customer service experience."
