Review on Property too high. It should be around 7.5. Location good. The lobby I found was really messy and could have been organized and cleaned up a bit. Patio is too small and could be enlarged. We stayed on the 7th floor and hall carpet should be replaced. The wifi is terrible. Bathrooms needs work. should have been inspected before using. Staff is very good and premise is very secure. House cleaning starts too early and loud. They also started renovations upstairs and we can hear all the noise from our room (morning). Remember - Its all the small stuff that makes it Great! They need to work on it. Would I stay there again? Maybe.

The room is cleaned daily and very close to shopping. The people are very friendly and helpful. Yet the beds are super hard. It has mattress but the hardest one. The breakfast does not worth the price. You may just walk out to the nearby market to have authentic Chinese breakfast at the fraction of the price.

"Fantastic. Very nice place. Will come again as it is so beautiful. Easily the nices hotel in this city. Ski park is just a few steps away. However, the staff in the hotel and generally the ski area do not speak English at all. Be prepared to face frustrating ski arrangements as you need to go to ..."
