Petit déjeuner insuffisant. Pas de lait 2 matins de suite, pas de corn flakes, le thé est donné au compte goutte et ensuite bien caché.

Disappointing Stay – Well Below Marriott Standards My wife and I were extremely disappointed with our stay at the Marriott El Paso. The room was small, dusty, and poorly maintained. The bed was uncomfortable, the comforter was torn, and the restaurant food was below expectations. Even the welcome screen displayed another guest’s name. When I reported the excessive dust, a staff member initially dismissed my concern, blaming the AC unit. However, further inspection confirmed that the room had not been properly cleaned. On a positive note, most of the staff were friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the property falls far short of the Marriott standards I have experienced around the world. The hotel desperately needs upgrades and better attention to housekeeping and maintenance. My wife and I were uncomfortable throughout our stay and could not wait to leave. I would be very hesitant to return. A truly disappointing Marriott experience.

The property was just stunning. Beautiful! The staff was beyond helpful and attentive. Hotel has lots to offer. Gorgeous hotel.
