"Stayed at Harrah’s Atlantic City and had a mixed experience. The positives first—the property itself was clean, and our room was also clean, which I always appreciate. The casino was a lot of fun and had a great energy. Unfortunately, the stay was really impacted by the room we had in the Coastal Tower. The walls are extremely thin—you can hear everything going on around you—and the doors slam incredibly loud. It honestly sounded like someone was trying to break into the room at times, which made it really hard to relax or get any sleep. If you’re going just for the casino and nightlife, it’s a solid spot. But if you’re expecting a quiet, comfortable place to sleep, I’d strongly reconsider the Coastal Tower or request a different room."

"I have been a repeat guest at least three times a year for the past 20 years. I have always requested waterview suites at least one month in advance, to ensure availability. This last stay was the fourth time I was not accommodated. The site did not appear to be fully booked and I feel some consideration should have been made to honor my request as a loyal patron. I have also referred others and some have purchased ownerships. I am now considering alternative options that would better suit my neéds."

"I enjoyed my stay"

"Went to enjoy a birthday weekend with my family. I rented two rooms and changed 20 mins after checking in because neither room had hot water and the phones didn’t work. The rooms we changed were better but the next night one room had a jacuzzi and the ceiling was leaking above from it. We were given the opportunity to change rooms again but we were leaving the next day. The only thing they offered to rectify was a discount on our stay which I still haven’t received. Overall I didn’t enjoy my stay. Two thumbs down!!!"
