The room was spacious and the location of the hotel was perfect. Close to the water and shops and restaurants and the train to Toronto.

I was concerned when I arrived because I was in the heart of downtown during the World Cup, and this clearly was a bustling location. The clientele all appeared well-heeled and ready for a good time. I personally prefer a low key quiet stay, and I expressed that desire to the staff. They reserved me a beautiful room on a higher floor. I told them that I am partial to quite few pillows and found a veritable pillow fort waiting for me! I had asked for a steamer to prepare a dress for an event I was attending and one was brought to me almost immediately. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The hotel itself if beautiful. Truly the only constructive feedback I could give was that there was no jam with my croissant, and no English Breakfast tea in my room. Both entirely non-issues. I will absolutely be staying here again.

We stayed at the Hotel RIU Plaza Toronto for 7 nights during a family reunion, and we were thoroughly impressed. The staff made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. Every team member we met was friendly, helpful, and welcoming - we were greeted warmly whenever we entered the lobby, which created such an inviting atmosphere throughout our stay. The location was excellent and convenient for everything we needed. Our rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities - including a safe, small fridge, iron, and plenty of towels were very useful. We found our Deluxe Two Queen rooms noticeably more spacious than the Deluxe King, which was on the smaller side, but both were comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was a highlight. The food was delicious, and we want to give special recognition to Penina from the breakfast team. She went above and beyond by reserving two tables for our large group every morning. Her warm smile, helpful and friendly persona truly elevated our experience. Overall, our stay was wonderful. We were delighted with our choice and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Rooms were great. Clean and we had everything we needed. Only downside was we were able to check into one hotel but our hotel was in a completely different place so we got turned around a bit. Otherwise, great experience
