« Checking in was fast and smooth. We had two king bedroom suite which was very roomy and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very very good. Much better than most hotels. They had the usual things but then had tacos which were really good. Would absolutely recommend Homewood Suites. »

« Big complaint- we had 2 adults and 2 children in our room. The room was great but the bathroom had no where to hang towels. Only one hook in the bathroom. They need to fix this »

« Ok Where to begin. The room was great,the bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. However: the place in general was gross. The smell of water damage was present and there was only 1 elevator for the entire North tower. One guy said they are there every year and it has been like that for 3 years now. The elevator was smelly and kinda scary. I believe it used to be the service elevator. There was mold on the walls in the laundry room,there were panels of sheetrock missing and the new Sheetrock...

« The staff is wonderful!! I’ve stayed here before and always thought the cleanliness was good. This time it didn’t seem as good and the room had an off smell. Also, there were a lot of people hanging around outside and I just didn’t feel as comfortable coming and going. »

« Very strange bathroom. Sink in the room, closet type area for toilet and shower. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was limited. Staff was very nice and friendly. »

« Room was extremely noisy. I could hear the people above us walking all night so couldn’t sleep. Also, the AC unit had annoying rattling so that was also noisy. »

« I don't understand the average review rate... My room was strongly smelling cigarette even if it is supposed to be non-smoking room and it was not that clean. At the breakfast there were no more eggs and regular coffee. The only employee I saw seemed too busy to take care of all these details. The AC was so so. I understand it's under renovations but they don't even seem to try to make up for that. On the positive side it was quiet until about 7:30 when the construction workers started. ...

« The sofa bed in our room was broken. The whole frame was bent at the bottom so my kids kept sliding off overnight. breakfast was cold, all of it. We got there right when they opened it. We got a good nights sleep for cheap and that’s why we booked the hotel so none of that was a huge issue. The air conditioning worked, the pool is heated, the staff is friendly. The place needs a little makeover but we got what we paid for minus the bed the kids couldn’t sleep in. »

« Bedrooms smell wasn't good.Towels small,worn out, stains on them. No breakfast available. Coffee was one dispenser, very weak looking. »
