The property/views were amazing at this hotel. I found the staff were not knowledgeable about the property and surroundings. They did not know about a secluded beach located across the road for example. Service, although very friendly, was really slow. The restaurant did not have half of the menu and again, very slow service.

Absolutely fantastic stay! Beautiful hotel all around and incredibly kind and helpful staff. One of the types of places where you don’t feel like just a “guest”… we will definitely be back!
