Great location, staff is always friendly and helpful

As a writer, I wanted to immerse my self in the experience of staying here. It really did exceed my expectations. The only two things that were pitfalls were I tried to make a reservation at their restaurant and they said it was booked out for a private dinner but when I went down stairs I saw multiple guests in the restaurant and empty tables available. The second thing was I paid for a merc e-class to pick me up from the hotel to the airport and a merc van collected me. I wouldn’t complain usually however if I’m paying for a 5 star service, I’d like to receive it. If these two things didn’t happen I would say this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I will try it again next year 100%
