(141 reviews) El lugar es muy bonito, ahora la propiedad está algo descuidada, se observa poco mantenimiento en el mobiliario cercano a la piscina o la terraza y la refrigeradora. Y en cuanto apoyo por medio del chat del app de expedía es nulo, el personal del lugar no atiende por el app, sino solicita que se llame a recepción en horario donde está disponible la recepción, en mi estadía tuve un inconveniente que me costó contactar alguien que me apoyara, finalmente se solventó y fue esperando al personal de la recepción. Ahora el lugar cuenta con una cocina, si en caso no se desea cocinar hay un restaurante que lo sugiero si se bebe alcohol es rápido ahora si es por comida tener paciencia para esperar. (132 reviews) We had the most amazing stay at this property! The hotel was insanely beautiful and very well kept. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and accommodated every request we had. Truly have never been so impressed by a hotel. 1000% recommend staying here if you are traveling to Lake Atitlan/San Marcos. They can even help arrange private transfers for you to eliminate stress. I will definitely be back in the future, not one bad thing to say about this hotel!!! Huge thank you to the staff- you truly made this a memorable stay for us!
