"We enjoyed our stay. Our room had a wonderful view of the Matterhorn. After hiking and a long walk. They have amazing spa with a heated outdoor pool, indoor pools and jetted tubs. They offer a free shuttle pick you up at trian station. The room was nice and staff as well."

Everyone aimed to please and that’s exactly why I came back a second time to this hotel. The location is a short walk from the train station and nearby many restaurants and of course - shops!"

"Reminded that Zermatt hotels cannot have air-conditioning installed. Climate change has made early autumn hot. We had to leave windows and patio door open to ventilate the room. Not helpful if room is close to people and vehicles passing by."

"Everything about my room was wonderful. Only problem I had was I came late and parked in the wrong parking lot (beside/next to the hotel), when it was supposedly the one across. I wasn't able to read the message on time and was in a hurry already to retire for the day. Apart from that, the place is nice."

Close to train station, excellent staff, delicious and varied breakfast, clean and well appointed rooms and lobby and food related areas, safe and quiet surroundings. I could go on and on.
