The staff was great. The rooms were nice and clean and well prepped. The breakfast was fantastic for a hotel breakfast. The location is convenient however finding the entrance and offloading our stuff was confusing, having never been to Bilbao before. You can either goes into the underground parking lot and pay a little - although it's not immediately obvious the lot serves the hotel - or pull over on the side of a busy, narrow street that was undergoing construction. But once we were in the hotel it was a good experience. We'd stay there again.

easy check in despite no reception at point of arrival, good room, only snag was not enough plugs: one euro & one American plug by the bed not helpful for euro travellers as do not carry a US plug so charging awkward. otherwise perfect stay
