This Hotel is clean, accomodating, comfortable, and a great place to relax, wash, and sleep. Some of the staff speak more languages than Portuguese, which was very helpful. Great breakfast each morning. Made sure I was comfortable without being intrusive. I hope I get to stay here again. Highly recommend.

The only slight issue we encountered during our stay was one of the two panoramic lifts wasn’t working and it was taking a while to get from one floor to another. We have enjoyed our one night stay and wish we had more time to explore the property ( our flight to GRU was delayed and we didn’t get to the hotel until 8:20pm).

There was no hot water for a shower. Speaking to reception, she asked if I had left the tap running for 10 minutes facing right and 10 minutes facing left. I said I didn't know I had to do that ritual every time I showered. There was only an apology, but I said that the water really does take a while ...
