"The hostel and its rooms were clean and, although simple, felt fresh and very much as expected from hostel standards. Our party of three people had two rooms booked but we could have easily fit in one as the first room had a king size + a single bed, and the other room had a king size + a two story bunk bed. I think, however, that it wasn't possible to book one room for three adults on the web page. The place was right outside the Karlsborg fortress and would be perfect for tourists visiting...

"The two buildings of this hotel, 200 years ago was a mental hospital. That is history. Now that it’s a hotel, the rooms are absolutely old Swedish charming. I can only talk about my room, but everything in it was antique and beautiful and fit with the period. It was very quiet. "Villa Weidling is out in the country pretty far from everything. Our room was in a building by itself (extra quiet!) with a separate living room and bedroom. The wildflowers just outside our window were gorgeous! Bed was comfortable, fun decor -- very typical Scandinavian look. Hostess Charlotte was great -- friendly and helpful, ie with suggestions on dining choices. Breakfast was fine."

"Rugers was a lovely place to stay and right in Tibro. The only tiny thing to note is there is a gravel driveway that you have to walk on to get to your room. Having a rolling suitcase makes this difficult. It is still a great place."

"We were so disappointed upon arrival at our apartment. We had specifically booked an apartment instead of a hotel room so that we'd have a separate lounging area while our son slept, but there was only a tiny kitchen, no living room, and no door to the bedroom. The bathroom was full of black mold. It was also super noisy with very thin walls so you heard every move your neighbors made or every buzz of their phones. A sleepless night, thank goodness we only had to stay for one. "
