Get acquainted with this pretty part of the world by wandering along the beach. Stretching a little over 0.4 miles (600 meters), Turner’s Beach is perfect for a leisurely stroll. Head south for the widest section of the beach, which is protected by the rocky headland of Johnson’s Point.
Spread out your towel or rent a sun lounger and beach umbrella from one of the bars on either end of the beach. Soak up the sunshine and listen to the gently crashing waves. Access Turner’s Beach directly in front of Johnson’s Point via the main coastal road. Customers at Turner’s Beach Restaurant can enjoy easy access to the southern end of the beach. A public access path is located near the northern end of the beach.
