"The facility is very nice, beach is good with good distance between umbrellas, pool is also nice. The room requires more cleaning and maintenance, the shower was uncomfortable (only very hot water ), food and drinks at this property are not good. The Alexandra resort has better food and drinks."

"I recently stayed at Zenza Hotel and had a positive experience overall. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, nicely designed, and extremely comfortable, with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a balcony overlooking Turtle Cove—definitely a highlight of the stay. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made a great impression.
The main drawback is the location. It’s a bit removed from downtown and the main tourist areas, so we found ourselves needing taxis for most outings, which added up quickly. There’s no on-site food or alcohol service, which was disappointing—especially since it would have been nice to relax by the pool with a drink. The beach is about an 8-minute walk, though the hotel does offer golf cart transportation and bicycles, which helps.
There are a couple of restaurants and a coffee shop nearby, but overall the area feels quiet and somewhat isolated—particularly when traveling with kids and wanting easy access to activities. That said, if you’re looking for a more remote, low-key, and relaxing experience, this hotel is a great option.
Overall, it’s a very nice property with excellent rooms and great staff. Staying here made us realize we prefer being closer to a busier area, so I’m not sure we’d stay again, but I would still recommend it depending on what kind of trip you’re looking for."
