I have visited UStay apartments previously and it didn’t disappoint 2nd time around. Everything you need is in a nearby location, whether that be a shopping trip or going for the night life, every thing is nearby. The apartments were very clean and well looked after.

The communication on checking in was an absolute nightmare.
It took us over 2 hrs to eventually speak to someone after calling, emailing and txting the no. Provided.
Having my 2 small children with me and finally getting into our room at 10.30pm was very stressful.

Appart hôtel au coeur de Liverpool. Tous les renseignements pour une entrée autonome ont été clairement communiqués avant l'arrivée.
L'appartement occupé était vaste.
Fenêtre simple vitrage n'ayant aucune isolation acoustique et thermique : le chauffage est efficace et des bouchons anti bruit sont fournis.
