Hello everyone, I'll make my experience short and sweet. My wife and I decided to stay at this hotel since it was close to the college we needed to attend. We really like the location of the hotel, it's very close to the ocean, shops, and restaurants. I would stay here again if I'm ever back in town. Free parking is my biggest kicker, I would recommend this place to anyone. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, and places are a brisk walk away.

As clean as the other reviews said it was. A very clean and clean smelling room. Updated with the essential amenities. You can see the pride taken in the property and exceptional check in service. The young man at the service desk during check in was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Easy parking in a well lite parking lot. Great location and walking distance to Main Street and directly across the street from a tasty restaurant. The only suggestion to other travelers is bring your own pillow. Unfortunately the provided ones are bricks. The worst pillows by far from any other place we’ve stayed. Also, bring ear plugs, walls are paper thin. We heard the people next door snore all night into early morning. You hear the people walking upstairs. Ear plugs, pillow. But if those things aren’t an issue, or you come prepared I highly recommend this property.

This property has the potential to be a 4/5-star destination, but currently operates as a solid 3-star hotel. While the recent renovations show promise, the execution in key areas—from room layouts to daily groundskeeping—falls short of expectations. Highlights: Professional, Welcoming Staff: The team was incredibly accommodating, approachable, and eager to help. Spacious Suite Layout: The suite offered two separate rooms and two full bathrooms, providing plenty of breathing room for our family. Excellent Courtyard: Features a fantastic, family-friendly recreation zone; fully equipped with a pickleball court, two ping-pong tables, cornhole boards, fire pits, and comfortable lounge areas. Pool & perks: Fresh towels were readily available. Free breakfast. Onsite parking ($15/day). Areas for Improvement: Cramped Bathrooms: The bathroom layout is poorly executed. The enclosed shower and toilet area is incredibly cramped, leaving almost zero clearance between the bathroom door and the commode. It felt claustrophobic and unpleasant. Bed Comfort: The beds were uncomfortable, significantly impacting quality of sleep. Misleading View: The advertised "Ocean View" did not meet the expectations set prior to booking. We expected a more expansive vista but only received a partial view visible from a single, narrow corner of the King bedroom. Daily Maintenance: The grounds require better day-to-day maintenance specifically cleaning bird droppings in common areas.
