Staff was dismissive and lacking in service very much. Ordered coffee at breakfast, never received it. At dinner, ordered wine and received very small glasses, then it took having to wave staff to come over to then pour another little glass. Staff did not want to help with anything.

Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Hotel is spotless, staff are friendly and welcoming, location is top notch. Beautiful rooftop pool and views. Loved our time here and highly recommend. Also close to the TransMilenio station.
