When checking in, the clerk couldn't find our reservation. She wasn't very friendly and didn't want to help. I pulled up me app on my phone to show her we had a reservation. She finally found it under my partners name which was weird as I made the reservation under my account. We had a ground floor room close to the freeway. I was fairly clean and quieter that we thought it would be. There was not enough hot water to fill the tub. When I called the front desk/ she said try it later. They were full and a lot of people were using the water. It never got hot.
