Threlkeld Quarry and Mining Museum Tours and Activities

The towels had stains. The toilet was difficult to flush. When we asked a male receptionist if the room could be tidied he told us to leave our keys at the front desk and he would inform the cleaner, but he never did that. I had to take out my own trash and ask for a change of towels. There were toiletries enough for 1 person, not multiple if sharing a room. The only helpful persons were the female receptionist and her son. She tried to be accommodating and helpful and sort out problems. Whereas, the other receptionist staff were not helpful. That affected our stay.

Nice room and for price was very good

Lovely hotel and location. Friendly attentive staff. Lacking coffee and drinks bar.
