Everything was great except the mattress

Fantastic place! The grounds are amazing! We stayed for 2 nights our wedding anniversary in the Gingerbread House. Wonderful! Very spacious and lovely bed! Power shower too! The food here is also amazing as are the staff. Can't do enough for you. Will definitely go again and can't recommend enough!

A nice unique venue staff friendly and very very quiet very good breakfast selection, venue is a short walk from town centre if you have an ev ask staff about charging!

The property is a little dated, however, it was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is on a quiet road which is great for a good nights sleep. The location is great for getting out and about to visit all the North Wales landmarks we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

There was hardly any room to put our suitcases. The beds were old and creaky. I’ve never seen shower controls so old. The amenities provided were only soap. No shampoo or conditioner. Surfaces were a bit dusty. No aircon so we had to leave our room window open. It was too expensive as well for what we received. We weren’t even advised if breakfast until we asked about it and then she asked us what time did we want to book it for. And they charge 10 pound for parking when it is free until 9am just on the road. Overall not a worthwhile experience.
