Very clean good property with friendly staff

There is an original sign saying Travelers Rest 1762 the other side says The Glass House Inn--There are at each parking station a black iron horse sculpture like someone in the 1800's would tie up their horse and carriage to--there are beautiful arborvite style trees in front of your room that offer a cooling shade as well as its beauty. When I opened the door to room 48 I didnt expect to see modern IKEA like furniture and comfort. The bed was so nice -the bathroom with beautiful marble like walls, and NO CARPET just lovely clean modern flooring- best of all the AC worked quietly&very well---you determine the temp. The best to me was I could open a window if I wanted fresh air. Nice refridge and microwave and it worked well too. The best of all is a "letter" that welcomes you as a traveling guest--comfort that the owners of this historical place have respect for a soul. I will be back again. God bless the owners of The Glass House Inn.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly. It was connected to Splash Lagoon which made it easier to travel and back and forth to the water park
