Beautiful hotel. Great pool area. Our room was clean and spacious. The only negative thing we encountered was that there isn’t a sign for check in and it wasn’t obvious to me where check in was as there were desks in a little alcove and not a counter. But I was standing right in front of the desks, holding a bunch of bags with my 4 kids and they didn’t say anything. They weren’t helping a customer. They were just talking to each other. Wouldn’t stop me from coming back (or even giving a poor rating) but just not the experience right at the beginning of our trip that I would expect.

Only 1 parking spot at townhouse. Foul smelling dishwasher. No soaps to wash dishes. Expecting more for the $300+ per night.
