Flight got delayed for a day out of EZE, so I quickly looked for the nearest and cheapest option. Expedia offered $90 off this place, for a total of $100 for a night. Booked it since it was a Wyndham without reading any reviews, but quickly panicked after seeing many negative reviews. Personally, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of great. We arrived exhausted and disappointed from the airport, and the front desk staff member made exceptions to get us an early check-in, for which we were very grateful for. I tried to look for outside eating options due to the negative reviews on the food, but it was difficult given the isolated nature of the hotel. Ended up having dinner at the hotel, and was pleasantly surprised at the dishes. We were unable to make use of the spa amenities due to our time constraints, but it looked lovely with an indoor pool and massage services. The rooms were mostly clean, but really just dusty more than anything, which didn’t bother us. I believe that the negative reviews are left by prejudiced individuals who somehow equate an unpaved road with danger. The unpaved entry road is likely a product of delays in Argentine bureaucracy. There appears to be a highway exit in development for the hotel though. If I had any complaints, it’d be on the delayed maintenance of the elevators, but even that could be explained by the timing of our Easter weekend stay. Lovely stay, very safe with a gated entrance and a registry of ALL guests.

A fairytale stay! The staff was incredible and kind, the property was stunning and the asado incredible. If you are going to Buenos Aires, this is a MUST stay location.

The hotel location was excellent and made it easy to explore Buenos Aires. The staff were first-rate throughout my stay—professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. I stayed in a Junior Suite, which I found to be spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The bottle of Malbec waiting in my room upon arrival was a lovely touch and a wonderful introduction to Argentina's renowned wine culture. I especially enjoyed the spa and pool on the 8th floor. It was a peaceful, relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing and one of the highlights of my visit. I would also like to personally thank Denise at the Front Desk for her outstanding hospitality. She was especially helpful on my first night arriving in Buenos Aires and provided excellent recommendations for a tango show and other local attractions. Her suggestions helped make my stay in Recoleta memorable, and her warm welcome set the tone for a wonderful visit. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Buenos Aires.

Great location, comfy room and very fair price
