Arrived with one suitcase. No doorman. No banisters to get to reception. Two staircases to negotiate alone. The hotel was a major disappointment.

Staff was lovely and helpful. Overall easily accessible to tourist attractions The hotel is located in two buildings which wasn’t explicit on the site. The non main hotel was just a few doors down but felt abandoned in contrast. There was no heads up about major construction in the area so you had to cross a gangplank to enter the hotel. There were dumpsters outside blocking the views as well.
