But two crucial elements of staying in a 5-star hotel were not ok for me: sleep and hygiene. Both nights were a nightmare due to people moving above us at night for hours (staff?) and the floors were creaking heavily and loudly. "I had a great stay. We stayed at their Suite as we were traveling with 2 small kids. Everything was clean, room was super quiet (couldn't hear any outside noise). I like how convenient it is to just walk walk over the bridge to the airport. Will definitely stay again in future. Also breakfast offered variety of different cuisines."

"That is our favourite hotel in Prague. The breakfast is the best breakfast. Way too many choices. The hotel staff was amazing always helping with what ever need you have. Our little fridge wasn’t cooling well so Mr. David came and fix our problem- thank you one more time. We enjoy talking to you. This is the best hotel and in the best location. There are buses and trams going all the times. Thanks to all the employees we had amazing time there."
